Once booking is complete, your party is confirmed!

For the best experience, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance so we have plenty of time to prepare everything for your group.

Pricing is determined by the selected package and the desired number of children for your event. 

On the booking page, simply choose your preferred package type with the number of children you’d like to include. The pricing for your selected package will be displayed accordingly.

Please note, that birthday party packages are not able to be downgraded once the party has been booked.

If you are unsure of how many guests will be attending your party, we recommend booking for a lower headcount and upgrading your party to accommodate more guests as needed.

Valley Fair Studio:

While we do not host food or cake/treats at our Valley Fair studio, you can take advantage of our partnership with CPK and  reserve their patio (and a dedicated server) for your group. CPK also extends a 10% discount on your order when you let them know you’ve booked a party with Young Art. This private dining experience is a popular choice among our guests. You may also store a cake in their commercial-grade fridge/ freezer upon request. Indicate in your booking that you would like to reserve CPK’s patio and our team will take care of coordinating the reservation on your behalf. Hillsdale Studio:

Due to the extra space at our Hillsdale studio, we are able to accommodate food and drink for your celebration! You have the option to extend the studio’s use for the food and drink section of your party for a minimum rate of $75 per 30 minutes.

Please note, this option is only for our Santa Clara location at the Westfield Valley Fair mall.

Indicate in your booking that you would like to reserve CPK’s patio by selecting “Yes, please! I want to do food at CPK” and our team will take care of coordinating the reservation on your behalf!

The private CPK patio is temperature-controlled. Space heaters are available during the colder months while fans and misters are available during warmer months. 

Our party favors encompass a delightful assortment, featuring a selection of toys, candies, and an art supply, contingent upon the studio’s current inventory.

Yes! If you have a specific image you’d like to do that you don’t see on our website you can upload it during the booking process, or if you have already booked, you can reply to your confirmation email with the image of your choice.

For the party, kids will work on one image composition.

Our packages include the option to add a second composition choice for a fee, allowing guests to select from two design options and personalize their creative masterpiece.

Though we do not provide tables or chairs for events outside of our studio, we are able to bring disposable tablecloths to protect your surfaces!
